Personal Training

Benefit from individual sessions with our certified personal trainers who will design personal fitness goals for you.

Sports Performance Training

This program is specifically designed to help athletes improve their performance by focusing on power, agility, durability, endurance, strength and sport-specific skills. Your care in this program will be coordinated by a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.

Wellness Consultation

We offer individual one-hour assessments by Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists who look at musculoskeletal evaluation (strength, flexibility, muscular endurance, muscle imbalance and injury predisposition), cardiovascular evaluation (aerobic capacity, determination of appropriate training zones, vital sign assessment) and neurological evaluation (balance, coordination and agility).

After that assessment we will create a personalized wellness program for you based on the findings of our assessment.

She majored in nutrition at Cornell University and after college received her Registered Dietitian designation

Three children later and twenty years out of the workforce but all the while maintaining her love for fitness and nutrition, she started her own business to help women feel empowered.

She says she has gone through many stages of health and well-being on a personal level, both physical and mental, and she knows the importance of finding that daily balance.

She continued her studies to become a Certified Personal Trainer to fulfill her desire to help others.
