Sports Performance Training

This program is specifically designed to help athletes improve their performance by focusing on power, agility, durability, endurance, strength and sport-specific skills. Your care in this program will be coordinated by a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.

Wellness Consultation

We offer individual one-hour assessments by Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists who look at musculoskeletal evaluation (strength, flexibility, muscular endurance, muscle imbalance and injury predisposition), cardiovascular evaluation (aerobic capacity, determination of appropriate training zones, vital sign assessment) and neurological evaluation (balance, coordination and agility).

After that assessment we will create a personalized wellness program for you based on the findings of our assessment.

Mark Plonski, Personal Trainer

Mark Plonski is an undergraduate student at Hofstra University pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, with plans to continue on to a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.

Mark received his personal training certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and he continues to attend conferences and seminars regularly.

He has experience working with diverse clientele, and has worked extensively with both collegiate and younger athletes. Mark hopes to one day work with athletes of all ages as a strength and conditioning specialist, and physical therapist.

Mark enjoys playing golf, mixed martial arts, being outdoors, and being with family during his spare time.

Nick Yasinosky, ISSA CFT

Nick Yasinosky has been working in the fitness industry for 18 years. Fitness has always been his passion and he enjoys sharing that passion with others so they can reach their healthier lifestyle goals.

He truly believes in complete balance within the body and proper execution of any exercise (bio-mechanics). His “not one size fits all” approach to training is unique.

Nick specializes in one-on-one training, sports conditioning, endurance training, bodybuilding training, toning, shaping, stretching, nutritional guidance and the overall well-being of an individual’s fitness needs.
