Sports Performance Training
This program is specifically designed to help athletes improve their performance by focusing on power, agility, durability, endurance, strength and sport-specific skills. Your care in this program will be coordinated by a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
Wellness Consultation
We offer individual one-hour assessments by Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists who look at musculoskeletal evaluation (strength, flexibility, muscular endurance, muscle imbalance and injury predisposition), cardiovascular evaluation (aerobic capacity, determination of appropriate training zones, vital sign assessment) and neurological evaluation (balance, coordination and agility).
After that assessment we will create a personalized wellness program for you based on the findings of our assessment.

Adam is certified through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) and RTS (Resistance Training Specialists) as well, holds a degree in Biology from Stony Brook University. With 17 years of experience he's worked with all people with different backgrounds and goals. Working with adults that want to improve their performance or recovering from and injury to even teaching kids classes, the goal is to always improve the quality of life and movement within it. Once a clear goal is set, Adam will find the methodology and techniques that will work best for your body, personality and busy life. Adam enjoys weight lifting ,as well as being a native of long island enjoys the nature scene, from trail running, golfing, kayaking and even long walks on the beach.

Ron’s inspiration for his career path came from his time as a student athlete at Stony Brook University. As a member of the men’s soccer team and athletic training program, Ron began to apply the lessons and techniques learned in the classroom to everyone from high level athletes to those with orthopedic limitations. He continued his education and achieved a master’s degree in exercise physiology from Queens College. He has spent the last 25 years learning from trusted professionals in the fields of orthopedic medicine, physical therapy, exercise physiology, athletic training and strength and conditioning. Ron is most proud to consider himself both professional and honest with the skill set necessary to help a wide range of people reach their goals.
