Designed for Medicare based patients, our Senior Fitness Program is a 30-minute workout that serves as a step-down program after physical therapy.

Seniors work with a certified senior fitness trainer and enjoy a variety of exercises include a basic cardio workout.

The investment for the 30 minute program is $20.

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, research has shown that strengthening exercise combined with regular aerobic exercise can have a profound impact on a senior’s mental and emotional health.

Specifically it can help with arthritis, diabetes, osteoporosis, obesity, back pain, and depression.

It also help to improve balance and reduce falls as well as aid in weight control.
